Staff Recruitment & Assessment System ( HR Module)

This application is one of the main solutions for HR department for their day tp day activities.This module is designed to take care of all major requests(eg: Document request for passport license, ID card etc & leave requests and HR related requests) and process them Once request is submitted,it goes through a process of approvals by different authorities.

This modules has inbuilt emailing system to inform the status of request to authority or requester. This Module has different user level for different authorization levels in HR department or management. Almost all kind of reports required for day-to-day activities of HR department related to Staff request and assessment are provided in this system.

Main Key Features of this module


    • User Setup : Admin can setup different users to access this module.
    • User Access Level Setup : This section allows admin to setup different access permission for user.
    • Request System and approval of Requests
      Document Request : This section allows user to submit request for different documents like passport, Driving License, ID etc.
      Leave Request : This section allows user to submit request for leaves like Annual Leave, Sick Leave, and Medical Leave etc.
      Labor Request : User can submit request for some labor or staff required at any location to HR department. And HR department will process his request.
      Reimbursement Claims : This section allows user to submit reimbursement claims for medical, travel etc
    • Settlement of Accounts: This Section allows user to process final settlement for any employee.
    • Pre-Employment
      Interview Feedback : This screen is to provide interview feedback for any new employee. This feedback can be further referred by authorities for internal recruitment process.
      Job Offer : This section is to prepare an job offer for any employee.
      Visa Status : This section helps all visa process and to maintain log for visa applications.
    • HR Actions
      HR Action Processing (Termination, Transfer, Resignation etc) : HR department can use this section to submit HR actions like termination, transfer, resignation of employee. This further is approved / rejected by different levels of authorities assigned in system.
      Assessment Processing : HR department can use this section to process assessment for any employee.
      Promotion processing : This section provided functionality to process promotions of any employee by HR department.
      Grade System : This section is for maintaining grades of employees.
    • Approval
      Approval of requests submitted : This section provided the functionality to approve or deny any requests submitted. Request can be for document or HR action. This has inbuilt emailing system to inform next level of authority to process the request or to inform the requester for approved or denied status.
      Un-processing of approved requests : After final level of approval, in any case requests are required to be unprocessed. Then this section is used. This sets the status of the request to Cancelled. And no editing or approval can be done on such requests.
    • Mandatory formats for this system
      In system, where ever we are entering date, it should be in MM/DD/YYYY format i.e. Month/Date/Year.
      Report generator : In the left bottom of the windows user can see the report Generator button. When user press the button it will pop-up report generator screen from there user can select type of request and press generate its will generate and print report.

    • Maintain Unlimited Employee Data : The Personal Details, Department, Job Title, Date of Joining etc. and other information such as the photo, addresses and dependents information can also be stored with the employee. All details can be printed and stored as Employee Card in the Employee File.
    • Additional Employee Details with documents and scan copies : All documents related to the employee are stored in this module. The documents can be scanned & stored. Expiry date of the documents , renewals notification of renewals etc. can be activated in the system.
    • Earning Details with Salary Breakdowns : Basic Salary, Fixed Allowances, Bonuses, Overtime rate, Holiday Rate etc.
    • Time Capturing Facility : Payroll data starting from the Time Sheets,Overtime ,Absentees,Holidays ,Working holidays can be entered in the system as well it can be captured through online biometric system.
    • Vaccations & Holidays : The system provide features to maintain Vacations & Holidays of staff.All process from creating request, approval and applying to the process is available. Module will also facilitate salary creating for the vacation staff. There is also option to confirm the arrival or re-joining after the vacation.
    • Gratuity & Taxes Calculations : Calculations, and reports related to the End of Service, Taxes etc. are available in the system. It will keep all records, and the opening / closing balances. Other benefits such as Ticket, Dependents tickets etc can also be maintained, and followed up in the system.

Fixed Assets Application

Tracking assets is an important concern of every company, regardless of size. Fixed assets are defined as any 'permanent' object that a business uses internally including but not limited to computers, tools, software, or office equipment. While employees may utilize a specific tool or tools, the asset ultimately belongs to the company and must be returned. And therefore without an accurate method of keeping track of these assets it would be very easy for a company to lose control of them.Fixed Assets management is an accounting process that seeks to track fixed assets for the purposes of financial accounting, preventive maintenance and theft deterrence. Many organizations face a significant challenge to track the location, quantity, condition, maintenance and depreciation status of their fixed assets. A popular approach to tracking fixed assets utilizes serial numbered asset tags, often with bar codes for easy and accurate reading. Periodically, the owner of the assets can take inventory with a mobile barcode reader and then produce a report.
